02. The Unboxing Ritual (Mandatory)

Your peace of mind is our priority. To protect your investment against any rare transit mishaps, we require a continuous unboxing video recorded at the moment your package arrives.

  • Keep it Seamless: The video must be a single, uninterrupted shot (no cuts or edits).

  • Stay Clear: Ensure the camera captures the packaging, the opening process, and the jewelry in its original state.

  • Hold Tight: Keep this video saved; it is your essential "insurance" should you need to reach out to us.

Note: To ensure fairness and transparency, claims regarding transit damage or incorrect items cannot be processed without this valid video evidence.

03. Rare Exceptions
