At Gana Jewellers, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our pieces.

• Standard Orders: Usually processed and dispatched within 5-7 business days (Monday – Saturday).

• Customized Jewellery: As each piece is 100% handcrafted and finished to perfection, customized orders specifically require 12 to 15 working days to ensure the finest quality.

While we strive to deliver your jewellery as quickly as possible, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you immediately via your registered contact details.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer Complimentary Shipping (Free of Cost) on orders above Rs.1500 across India.

Order Tracking

Transparency is key. Once your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive a notification containing a Shipment Tracking Number, allowing you to follow your jewellery’s journey to your doorstep.

Delivery Terms & Locations

To ensure the security of your high-value purchase, we follow strict delivery protocols:

• Verified Addresses: Deliveries are made exclusively to the recipient’s Residential or Work address. We do not deliver to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, or street locations.

• Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will make up to three (3) attempts to deliver your package. If the recipient remains unavailable after the third attempt, the shipment will be returned to our head office in Hyderabad.

Changes to Shipping Address

Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be modified directly through the website. If you need to update your delivery details, please email us immediately at hello@ganajewellers.com
